Tell us what you need written and we will come back with a real number and a real deadline — not a brochure.
- A reply within one business day
- You speak to the team doing the work, not an account handler
- A quote with a fixed number, not a range
- No obligation, and no follow-up sequence you did not ask for
Before you write
What to include, so the first reply is useful
You do not need any of this to get in touch — a sentence is fine, and we will ask. But the more of it you include, the more likely the first reply contains a number rather than four questions.
It also means we can tell you quickly if we are not the right fit, which saves more of your time than a polite exchange of emails.
Helpful detail
Four things that speed up a quote
Any one of these helps. All four and you will usually get a firm number in the first reply.
- The pages or the piece of work — a URL is ideal, even if it is a page you dislike
- What it needs to do: rank, convert, explain something, or replace copy you inherited
- Your deadline, including whether it is fixed or preferred
- A budget range, so we can scope to it rather than quoting past it
Not sure which option fits?
Send us the brief. You will get a scope, a timeline and a fixed price within 24 hours — no obligation.
What happens next
After you send it
1. A reply within one business day
From someone who will be involved in the work. If your enquiry arrives at the weekend, that means the next working day.
2. Questions, or a quote
If we have enough to price it, you get a figure. If not, you get a short list of specific questions rather than a request for a discovery call.
3. A call only if it helps
Plenty of projects are agreed entirely by email. We will suggest a call where the work genuinely needs one, not as a step in a sales process.
4. Start, or not
No obligation and no follow-up sequence. If it is not the right time, tell us and that is the end of it.
Hours
When we are here
Office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday. Enquiries sent outside those hours are answered on the next working day.
If you have sent something and heard nothing within one business day, it is worth sending again — occasionally a message does not arrive, and we would rather hear from you twice than not at all.
Existing clients
Already working with us
Reply to the thread you already have rather than starting a new enquiry — it reaches the person handling your work directly and avoids the project being picked up as a new one.
For a new piece of work on an existing account, the same thread is still the fastest route.

No. A sentence about the problem is enough to start. If a page is getting visitors and no enquiries, or you have inherited copy you do not trust, say that and we will work out the scope with you.
Yes, and it will be a fixed figure rather than a range. Standard writing is $12.95 per 100 words; anything else is quoted from the brief before you order.
Say the number. We can usually scope to a budget — a single page rather than a site, or the pages already getting impressions rather than all of them — and if we cannot, we will say so rather than quoting past you.
No. Getting in touch is not a subscription, and there is no automated follow-up sequence attached to an enquiry.
