For Agencies
White Label Content Writing for Agencies
Capacity you can turn on for one busy month, without hiring a writer you will have to keep busy for twelve.
Starting from
$12.95
- Unbranded and delivered to you, never to your client
- Written in-house, never passed to another agency
- Revisions included until the brief is met
- No lock-in contract and no subscription
The problem
Agency workload does not arrive evenly
Three retainers renew in the same week, a pitch lands, and suddenly you need four times the writing you needed last month. Hire for the peak and you carry the cost through the quiet months. Hire for the average and you either turn work away or miss a date you already promised.
Freelance cover solves it until the freelancer is busy, and then you are briefing someone new at the worst possible moment. What most agencies actually want is a team that already knows how they work, that can absorb a spike without a warm-up, and that disappears again when the spike does.
That is the whole offer here. Nothing is charged when you send nothing.
How white label works here
What "white label" means in practice
The output is yours. We are not in the room, on the invoice, or in the document properties.
- Copy is delivered unbranded, to you — we never contact your client
- NDA signed as standard, before any brief is discussed
- We are not credited anywhere, and we do not name you as a client
- Written to your house style guide if you have one, or we will build one from your existing work
- The same writer kept on an account wherever scheduling allows, so voice stays consistent
- Revisions cover your client's feedback as well as yours — that round is the one that usually gets billed elsewhere
- No subscription, no minimum monthly spend, no notice period

Send us the brief. You will get a scope, a timeline and a fixed price within 24 hours — no obligation.
How it works
From your brief to your client
1. Send the brief
However it already exists — your own template, a client email, a keyword and a page URL. We will ask about anything genuinely missing rather than send back a form.
2. Scope and date confirmed
You get a price and a delivery date before anything is written. If a deadline is not achievable we say so at this point, not the day before it.
3. Written and checked
Drafted in-house, then read against the brief by someone who did not write it. Standard pieces typically take two business days.
4. Delivered unbranded
Clean files, your naming convention, no marks of ours anywhere in them. Ready to go straight into your own review process.
5. Revisions, including your client's
Feedback that came back through you from your client is handled the same as your own. You should not have to absorb that round yourself.
Scope
What agencies send us most
Blog and article programmes on retainer, service and landing pages during a site build, product descriptions in bulk, and the long-form pieces that are worth doing properly but never quite reach the top of anyone's list — white papers, case studies, guides.
We also take overflow editing: work your own writers produced that needs a second pass before it goes to a client. That is often the cheapest way to protect a relationship in a bad week.
If a brief is outside what we do well, we will tell you rather than take it and hope. An agency relationship is not worth one badly-written project.

A consistent brand voice helps readers recognize how a business communicates, even when several writers contribute.

Business blog content can influence customer decisions, so factual accuracy matters. A clear fact-checking process protects credibility and reduces the risk of publishing outdated, unsupported, or misleading information.

A content brief translates strategy and research into practical direction for a writer. It should clarify the reader, purpose, search intent, required information, brand expectations, and business context without forcing the writer to copy a rigid template.

What it costs, and what you charge
From $12.95 per 100 words, the same rate we publish everywhere else on this site. There is no agency markup and no volume tier you have to reach before the price becomes fair — what you see is what a first order costs.
What you charge your client is your business and we have no view on it. We do not publish a recommended resale price, and we will never undercut you by approaching a client directly.
Send a real brief rather than a hypothetical one and you will get a real number, usually the same day.

No. We work with you and only you. Your client's name is not needed to write for them, and in most cases we never learn it.
Yes, as standard, before any brief is discussed. If your own agreement is preferred, send it and we will work to that instead.
Wherever scheduling allows, yes — tell us who worked well and we will keep that account with them. We will be honest when it is not possible rather than quietly swapping someone in.
It is treated as any other revision and included. Revisions run until the brief is met, and your client's feedback counts as part of that brief.
Neither. No subscription, no monthly minimum, no notice period. Send work in a busy month, send nothing in a quiet one.
Never. We do not approach your clients, name you as a client of ours, or use anything written for you as a portfolio piece.
Two business days is typical for standard pieces. Long-form and research-heavy work is quoted with its own timeline. If a date is not realistic you will be told before you commit to it with your client.
