A short video can explain in a minute what a page of text struggles to. We write the script, storyboard it, animate it and add voiceover and music, producing explainer and promotional videos that make your offer clear and give viewers a reason to act.

  • Script, design and animation by one in-house team
  • Script and storyboard approved before animation
  • Each video quoted with its own timeline
  • Revisions included until the brief is met

The problem

Why most business videos lose viewers

The most common problem is trying to say too much. A business commissions a video, lists every feature and benefit, and ends up with three minutes of narration over busy animation. Viewers drift off long before the call to action.

Good explainer videos are short and built around one idea: the problem your viewer has, how you solve it and what to do next. That work happens in the script. Animation can make a clear script memorable, but it cannot rescue a confused one.

Because we are writers first, every video starts with the script. Nothing is animated until you have approved the words and the storyboard.

Animation styles

Choosing a style

Style affects both the look and the cost. These are the main options we offer.

Stock animation and photography

Licensed footage and images edited with your branding and text. The quickest and most economical route.

Simple characters and icon movement

Clean motion graphics with icons and simple characters, well suited to explaining processes and services.

Varied characters and detailed icons

Custom characters, scenes and richer animation for stories that need more personality.

How it works

Our video production process

1. Brief and script

You tell us the audience, message and where the video will be used. We write the script and revise it until it meets the brief.

2. Storyboard

Scene-by-scene sketches or style frames showing what appears on screen with each line.

3. Voiceover and animation

You choose a voice, then we animate to the recorded narration and add music and sound effects.

4. Review and delivery

Changes to the animation within the approved script and storyboard, then final files in the sizes you need.

Planning

How long should your video be?

Narration is usually paced at roughly 130 to 150 words per minute, so a 60-second video has room for about 150 words and a 90-second video for about 200 to 225. That is less than most people expect, and it is why the script needs to be ruthless about what to leave out.

For a home page or landing page explainer, 60 to 90 seconds is usually enough to state the problem, show the solution and ask for action. Social cuts work best shorter. If you need to cover more, a series of short videos usually holds attention better than one long one.

Pricing

How video design is priced

Videos are quoted per project. The main factors are length, animation style, the number of custom characters or scenes, voiceover language and any extra cuts for social media. You receive a fixed quote and timeline after we read your brief.

Script changes are cheapest before animation starts, which is why script and storyboard approval come first.

Questions

Questions about video design

Still unsure about something? Talk to a specialist — no script, no sales pitch.

Each video is quoted individually. Length and animation style make the biggest difference: a stock-based video costs much less than one with custom characters and detailed scenes. Voiceover, music licensing and extra social cuts also affect the price. You receive a fixed quote before work starts.

Yes. Scriptwriting is included and is where we spend the most care, because the script decides whether the video works. You approve the script before storyboarding, and the storyboard before animation, so there are no surprises in the final cut.

Each video is quoted with its own timeline. Most of the time goes on script approval, storyboarding and animation; quick feedback at each stage keeps things moving. Custom character animation takes longer than stock-based or icon-based styles. If you have a launch date, tell us at the start.

Yes. We offer a choice of voices to suit your brand; ask at the brief stage if you need a language other than English. If you prefer, you can record your own voice or use a narrator you already work with, and we will animate to that recording instead.

An MP4 suitable for websites and video platforms, plus vertical or square versions for social media if they are part of the order. Captions can be burned in or supplied as a separate subtitle file. Ask if you need a specific format or resolution.

Small changes, such as text or a closing frame, are straightforward. Changes to the script after animation can mean re-recording narration and re-animating scenes, which is why we get script and storyboard approval first. We revise the animation until it matches the approved brief.
