The problem

Most company pages stop three weeks in

The pattern is familiar. Someone commits to posting twice a week, manages it for a fortnight, then a client escalation lands and the calendar is the first thing to go. Two months later the page shows a burst of activity followed by silence, which reads worse to a visitor than posting nothing at all.

It fails for a scheduling reason, not a creative one. Posting is genuinely quick; deciding what to post, writing it well, and remembering to do it on a Tuesday when everything is on fire is the part nobody has capacity for.

That is the job here. Not clever growth tactics — just the calendar being owned by someone whose week does not get derailed by your clients.

What you get

What managing your LinkedIn actually involves

Everything below is written for approval first. Nothing publishes without you seeing it.

  • Company page set up or tidied: banner, tagline, about section, and the fields most pages leave blank
  • Founder or executive profiles rewritten, since posts from a person outperform posts from a logo
  • A monthly content calendar built around what you actually have to say, agreed in advance
  • Posts written and scheduled, in a mix of formats rather than the same template weekly
  • Long-form articles and newsletters where you have something worth the length
  • Comment replies drafted for you, because the conversation under a post is where the leads are
  • A monthly report saying what performed and what the next month changes as a result

Plans

How the plans differ

Starter — $99/month

Page setup and cleanup, a monthly calendar, and regular posts written and scheduled. For a company that mainly needs the page to stop looking abandoned.

Growth — $299/month

Everything in Starter, plus a higher posting frequency, executive profile work, long-form articles or a newsletter, and drafted comment replies.

Premium — quoted

Built around what you need rather than a tier: multiple executives, several markets, or a campaign running alongside. Quoted after a conversation.

Advertising — quoted separately

Ad copy and creative for single image, carousel, video, document and spotlight formats. Priced apart from management because ad spend and management are different commitments.

Articles and newsletters

Long-form on LinkedIn, when it is worth it

A LinkedIn newsletter notifies every subscriber each time it goes out, which is the closest thing the platform has to an owned audience. That makes it valuable — and it makes an inconsistent one costly, because the notification arrives whether the issue was worth reading or not.

So we would rather run a monthly newsletter you can sustain than a weekly one that thins out by issue six. The same applies to articles: a few pieces with something to say beat a steady stream of posts restating the obvious.

If you do not have enough to say for long-form yet, we will tell you and keep to posts until you do.

Honest limits

What this will not do

It will not make you go viral, and anyone selling that is selling luck. What steady, decent posting does is make you a known name to the few hundred people in your market who matter — which is slower and considerably more useful.

It will not work without you. The posts that perform are the ones carrying something only your team knows: a real project, a real number, an opinion you would defend. We can write it well, but we cannot invent it.

And it is not automation. We do not run connection-request bots or auto-comment tools. They breach LinkedIn's terms, they read as spam to the people you want to impress, and accounts get restricted for them.

Questions

Questions about LinkedIn management

Still unsure about something? Talk to a specialist — no script, no sales pitch.

As you. We work inside your page and, where you want executive posting, draft for the named person to publish. Nothing is credited to us anywhere.

Always. The calendar is agreed in advance and every post is approved before scheduling. Nothing publishes that you have not read.

For the company page, admin access makes scheduling straightforward. For personal profiles we draft and you publish — we do not ask for anyone's personal login.

Reach usually starts moving within a couple of months of consistent posting; inbound conversations take longer and depend heavily on your market. Anyone quoting you a faster number is guessing.

We write and design the ads across LinkedIn's formats. That is quoted separately from management, since ad spend is a different commitment and should not be bundled into a monthly content fee.

You keep the page, the profiles, the calendar and everything written. There is no notice period and nothing is held back.
