UI/UX Design Services

UI/UX Design Services

People leave websites and apps when they cannot find what they came for or cannot work out what to do next. We design the flows, screens and words of your product so it makes sense to the people using it, and test it with them before a line of code is written.

Starting from

$149

  • In-house designers and UX writers
  • Flows and wireframes agreed before visual design
  • Revisions included until the brief is met
  • Editable design source files handed over

The problem

Why products that look good still frustrate users

A lot of design work jumps straight to visuals: colours, fonts, attractive screens. The result can look polished in a presentation and still confuse real users, because nobody worked out what those users were trying to do, in what order, and where they would get stuck.

UX design is that working-out. It decides what goes on each screen, how people move between them, and what the buttons, labels and error messages say. UI design then makes it clear, consistent and pleasant to use. Skip the first and the second has nothing solid to stand on.

Fixing a flow on a wireframe takes an hour. Fixing it after development takes weeks. That is why we design and test before anything is built.

What we do

What our UI/UX design covers

User research

Interviews, analytics review and competitor analysis to understand who uses the product and what they need.

User flows and information architecture

The paths people take to complete key tasks, and a structure for menus and content that matches how they think.

Wireframes

Simple layouts of each screen, focused on content and function, quick to change while decisions are still open.

Interactive prototypes

Clickable versions of the design that users and stakeholders can try before development.

Visual UI design

Final screens in your brand, with a component library and states for hover, error and loading.

UX writing

Button labels, form hints, empty states and error messages written by our copywriters, so the words help users.

How it works

Our UI/UX design process

1. Discover

Share your goals, users and any existing product. We research and agree the key tasks the design must support.

2. Structure

User flows and wireframes for review. This is where most of the important decisions are made.

3. Design and prototype

Visual design applied, then a clickable prototype for testing with real or representative users.

4. Test and hand over

Changes made from testing and your feedback, then final files and specifications for your developers.

What you get

Deliverables

  • Research summary with the main user needs and problems found
  • User flow diagrams for the key tasks
  • Wireframes for every agreed screen
  • Interactive prototype for testing and stakeholder review
  • Final UI designs for desktop and mobile
  • Component library and style guide for consistent future screens
  • Developer handover with spacing, colours, fonts and assets

Testing

Usability testing does not need a big budget

Many teams skip testing because they imagine a lab and dozens of participants. In practice, watching a handful of people try to complete real tasks on a prototype reveals most of the serious problems. Usability researchers have long recommended small, repeated rounds of testing over one large study.

We run short sessions, note where people hesitate or fail, fix the design and test again if needed. The cost is small next to the cost of building the wrong thing.

Pricing

UI/UX design pricing

UI/UX design starts at $149 for the smallest scopes. Full projects, such as a website, a web app or a mobile app, are quoted with their own timeline after discovery, because the price depends on the number of screens, user types and the amount of research and testing.

If you also need the product built, our web and software development teams can take the designs straight into development.

Questions

Questions about UI/UX design

Still unsure about something? Talk to a specialist — no script, no sales pitch.

UX (user experience) design is about how the product works: what users need, the steps they take and how screens connect. UI (user interface) design is how it looks and feels: layout, colour, type and components. Good products need both, and we handle them as one process.

Our starting price is $149 for very small scopes. Most website and app projects are quoted after a discovery call, based on the number of screens, user roles, research and testing involved. You receive a fixed quote and timeline before work begins.

Yes. We start with an audit: analytics, user feedback and a review of key flows to find where people drop off or get confused. Then we redesign the problem areas first, test the changes and hand over designs your developers can implement in stages.

We work in collaborative design tools such as Figma, which let you comment directly on designs and give developers the measurements and assets they need. If your team already uses a particular tool, tell us at the start and we will discuss working in it. You receive the editable source files at the end of the project.

We can. Our web and software development teams can build from the designs, which avoids handover problems. If you have your own developers, we provide a full handover with specifications and stay available for questions during development, so design intent is not lost between the prototype and the finished product.

It depends on scope. A focused piece of work, such as one key flow, can take a couple of weeks; a full app with research and testing takes longer. Each project is quoted with its own timeline, and you review progress at every stage.
