Letter Writing Service
Letter Writing Service
Some messages are too important for a quick email: a request you need granted, a customer you want to keep, an apology that has to land. We write business and personal letters that say exactly what you mean, in the right tone, and ask clearly for what you need.
Starting from
$30.00
- Written by an in-house team, never subcontracted
- Typical turnaround of 2 business days
- Revisions included until the brief is met
- Your details kept confidential
The problem
Hard letters are hard because of what is at stake
Nobody struggles to write a thank-you note. The letters people put off are the ones with consequences: asking a landlord to reconsider, telling a long-standing client the price is going up, asking a former boss for a favour, appealing a decision, or saying sorry for something that went badly wrong.
Those letters fail in predictable ways. They bury the request in the fourth paragraph. They are too emotional or too stiff. They argue every point instead of the one that matters. They end without saying what the writer wants to happen next.
A good letter is built around the reader. Who are they, what do they need to hear to say yes, and what is the easiest way for them to act? We write from that question, using the facts you give us, so the letter sounds like you on a good day.

Honest limits
What a letter can and cannot do
A well-written letter gives your request its best chance, but the decision belongs to the reader. Where a letter has legal weight, such as a formal demand, a dispute with consequences or anything involving a contract, we can make it clear and well organised, but it should be reviewed by a lawyer before it is sent. We will tell you when we think that is the case.

Who the letter is for, your relationship with them, what has happened, the outcome you want, and any dates, reference numbers or documents involved. A few lines about how you normally write helps us match your voice. If something is unclear, we ask before writing rather than guessing.
Yes. We ask how formal you want to be and, where possible, look at something you have written. The aim is a letter that sounds like you writing carefully, not like a template. You can request changes until it feels right to send under your name.
We can write a clear, well-organised letter setting out the facts and what you are asking for. For disputes with legal consequences, the letter should be reviewed by a lawyer before you send it. We do not give legal advice, and we will flag wording that may need professional review.
Most single letters are delivered within 2 business days of receiving your information. If the letter is urgent, tell us the deadline when you request a quote and we will confirm whether we can meet it before you commit. Sets of letters, such as a welcome series, are scheduled with you.
Yes, through our dedicated complaint letter service, which covers how to set out the problem, the evidence and the remedy you want in a way that is more likely to get a response. It is linked below. If your complaint is part of a wider business letter, we can handle both together.
