Refund Policy
What happens if the work is not right — and what we do before it gets to that point.
Last updated July 2026
1.Revisions come first
Almost every refund request is really a revision request. Before anything else, tell us what missed the brief and we will fix it — revisions are included and there is no limit on standard services.
Most issues are resolved in one round. Raising it early is always faster than asking for money back.
2.Before work begins
If you cancel before a writer, designer or strategist has started, you get a full refund. No questions and no admin fee.
3.While work is in progress
If you cancel after work has started but before delivery, we refund the portion not yet produced. You keep whatever has been completed at that point.
For milestone projects, completed and approved milestones are not refundable; unstarted ones are refunded in full.
4.After delivery
If the delivered work does not match the agreed brief and revisions have not resolved it, you can request a refund within 14 days of delivery.
Work that matches the brief but is no longer wanted — a change of direction, a cancelled campaign, a change of mind — is not refundable, because the work has been done.
5.Monthly plans and retainers
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time after the minimum term. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and that month is not refunded — the work is delivered.
SEO and PPC management carry a three-month minimum, stated in the proposal before you commit. That minimum is not refundable, because those services need that long before the data means anything.
6.What is not refundable
Some costs are paid to third parties or consumed on delivery and cannot be returned:
- Advertising spend paid to Google, Meta or Microsoft — that money goes to the platform, not to us.
- Third-party fees such as domains, hosting subscriptions, stock licences, plugins and press-release distribution.
- Published or used work — once a deliverable has been published, distributed or used commercially.
- Completed and approved milestones on a phased project.
7.How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order reference and what went wrong. You will get a response within one business day.
We will either fix the work or process the refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
8.Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, contact us before raising a chargeback. A direct request is faster than a bank dispute, and we would rather fix the work than argue about it with a payment processor.
