The problem

Inconsistent graphics cost more than they save

When graphics come from whoever is available, a free template app this week and a different freelancer next month, the feed and the website stop looking like one company. Colours drift, fonts multiply, and customers notice even if they could not say what is wrong.

Graphic design that works is consistent and purposeful. Each piece has one job: announce an offer, explain a process, make a statistic memorable. It does that job in a style people recognise as yours.

We keep a record of your brand rules and earlier files, so each new order matches the last one without you having to re-explain your colours.

What we design

Graphics we design, with starting prices

Social media graphics, from $30

Feed posts, carousels, story frames and cover images, sized for each platform and written so the message works before anyone reads the caption.

Infographics, from $100

Research, statistics and step-by-step processes arranged so the reader can follow them top to bottom without help.

Animated GIFs, from $35

Short looping animations for email, social posts and websites, kept small enough to load quickly.

Illustrations, from $100

Custom drawings for websites, blog headers, book interiors and marketing, in a style agreed before work starts.

Ad and banner graphics

Display and social ad creatives with the offer and call to action clear at small sizes. Quoted by set.

Branded templates

Editable templates for recurring posts or slides, so your team can produce simple pieces in-house.

How we work

What you get with each order

Every graphic, whatever its size, goes through the same steps.

  • Pricing per piece, so you order only what you need
  • More than one design direction on request, so you can choose before we refine
  • Headline or caption text written or tightened by our copywriters
  • Files sized correctly for where they will be used
  • The editable source file, and full use of the final design once paid
  • Revisions until the brief is met

Process

From brief to final files

1. Tell us the job

What the graphic is for, where it will appear, the size, and any brand files or examples you like.

2. First design

Single social graphics and GIFs are typically back within two business days. Infographics and illustrations are scheduled when you order.

3. Feedback

Tell us what to change, in writing or with marked-up screenshots. We revise until it matches the brief.

4. Delivery

PNG, JPG, GIF, PDF or SVG as needed, plus the source file for future edits.

Getting it right

Common graphic design mistakes we fix

Too much text is the most common one. A social graphic is seen at thumbnail size on a phone; if the headline takes more than a few seconds to read, it will not be read. We cut the words to the one message the graphic has to carry and move the rest to the caption.

The second is designing at the wrong size and cropping later. Each platform and placement crops differently, so we design for the placements you will actually use rather than stretching one file to fit all of them.

The third is infographics that are decorated spreadsheets. A good infographic has an argument: it starts with a question, walks through the evidence and ends with an answer. We plan that structure in words first, then design it.

Pricing

How graphic design is priced

Graphic design starts at $25 for the simplest pieces. Social media graphics start at $30, animated GIFs at $35, and infographics and illustrations at $100. The final price depends on size, the amount of content, the number of variations and whether we write the copy.

For regular work, such as a month of social graphics, we quote the set in advance so you know the cost before anything is designed.

Questions

Questions about graphic design

Pieces start at $25. Social media graphics start at $30, animated GIFs at $35, and infographics and illustrations at $100. Complex illustrations, long infographics or large sets cost more. We send a fixed quote after reading your brief, so you know the full price before any design work starts.

Yes. There is no minimum order and no retainer for standard work. Many clients start with one piece to see how we work, then order more. If you later want a regular monthly set, we can quote that too, but you are never required to commit to one.

Yes, if you want us to. Our copywriters can write headlines, short body text and captions, or tighten text you send. Short, clear wording matters more on graphics than almost anywhere else, because most people see them at small sizes while scrolling.

Whatever the placement needs: PNG or JPG for social and web, GIF for animation, PDF for print and documents, and SVG for icons and illustrations where useful. You also receive the editable source file so you or another designer can make changes later.

Yes. We keep your brand colours, fonts, logo files and earlier designs on record, and the same in-house team handles your repeat orders. That way a graphic ordered months from now still matches the ones you already use, and you do not have to re-send your brand files with every order.
