Amazon Product Description Writing Service
Listings written for the fields Amazon actually indexes — and for the shopper who reads three bullets and decides.
Starting from
$9.00
- Written to Amazon's field structure and character limits
- Claims checked against Amazon's restrictions before delivery
- Delivered by an in-house team, never subcontracted
- Revisions included until the brief is met
Why Amazon is different
Amazon is a search engine with its own rules
A listing is not one piece of copy. It is a title, five bullets, a description, and a set of backend search terms — four fields that Amazon treats differently, with different limits and different weight. Copy written for a website and pasted into those fields wastes most of them.
The search behaviour is different too. Amazon ranks on relevance and on how a listing converts, so a title crammed with every keyword can rank a listing into traffic that does not buy — and the poor conversion then pushes it back down. Stuffing works against itself here in a way it does not on Google.
And Amazon polices claims. Language that is ordinary on your own site — medical or curative wording, "best seller", guarantees, competitor comparisons, anything about pricing or shipping — can get a listing suppressed. We check for that before delivery rather than after a takedown.
What you get
What a listing includes
One complete listing per product, delivered in a sheet mapped to your ASINs.
- A title built in the order Amazon expects — brand, product, key attribute, size or count
- Five bullets, each carrying one benefit rather than a list of features
- A product description written for the shoppers who scroll that far, which is fewer than you would think
- Backend search terms, so keywords index without cluttering the visible copy
- Every field inside Amazon's character limits, checked rather than estimated
- A claims pass against Amazon's restricted wording before anything is handed over
- A+ content copy where you have brand registry and want it

What we need
The brief that makes a listing good
The product itself — specs, dimensions, what is in the box, and images if you have them. Beyond that, three things improve a listing more than anything we could invent: your best-performing competitor ASINs, your customer questions, and your returns reasons.
Competitor listings show what shoppers in your category expect to see and where everyone is saying the same thing. Questions and returns show the doubts your copy has to settle. A listing written from those three inputs beats one written from a spec sheet every time.
If you do not have them, we work from the product and the category. It is still a good listing — just not as sharp as it could have been.
How it works
From product to live listing
1. Product and category
You send the products and, ideally, a few competitor ASINs. We look at what already ranks in the category rather than guessing at it.
2. Keyword work
Terms shoppers actually use on Amazon, which are often not the terms used on Google. These get split between the title, the bullets and the backend fields.
3. One listing first
A single complete listing for you to react to. Voice, bullet style and how technical to go are all cheaper to settle on one product than on fifty.
4. Compliance pass
Every listing is read against Amazon's restricted claims before delivery. Suppression is expensive and entirely avoidable.
5. Delivered by ASIN
A sheet with one row per product and one column per Amazon field, ready to paste or upload. No reformatting at your end.

What it costs
From $9.00 per listing, covering the title, bullets, description and search terms as one piece of work rather than four charges.
Price moves with research. A simple product in a category we already understand sits at the lower end; a technical product needing competitor analysis and careful claim handling sits above it. A+ content is quoted separately because it is a different job.
Send the ASINs or the product list and you will get a fixed price per listing and a schedule.

Questions about Amazon listings

Yes — all four fields, including the backend search terms. Writing only the description leaves the fields Amazon weights most heavily untouched.
Every listing gets a claims pass before delivery against Amazon's restricted wording — medical claims, guarantees, best-seller language, pricing and shipping references. We cannot control Amazon's decisions, but we will not hand you copy that invites a suppression.
Yes, and it is part of the work rather than an add-on. Amazon search terms often differ from Google's for the same product, which is why listings ported straight from a website underperform.
We write it where you have brand registry. It is quoted separately because it is module-based and depends on how many modules you want filled.
We deliver a sheet mapped to your ASINs, one column per Amazon field, so it uploads directly. We do not take access to your Seller Central account.
No. Amazon ranking depends heavily on sales velocity, reviews, price and stock — things copy does not control. Good copy makes the traffic you get convert better, and conversion is one of the things Amazon rewards.
