GMB Reinstatement
GMB Reinstatement Service
A suspended Google Business Profile disappears from Maps and local search, and the calls stop with it. We find out why it was suspended, fix what triggered it, and prepare an appeal Google can approve.
Starting from
$499
- Free review of your suspension before you pay
- Cause found and fixed before any appeal is sent
- Evidence pack prepared to Google's requirements
- Honest assessment if your case is unlikely to succeed
The problem
Why a rushed appeal usually fails
When a profile is suspended, Google rarely says exactly why. Most owners respond the same day with an appeal that says the business is real and asks for the listing back. That appeal fails, because the thing that triggered the suspension is still on the profile.
Google reviews the listing as it stands, against its guidelines for representing your business. If the business name still contains keywords, the address is still a virtual office, or a second listing still exists for the same location, the reviewer sees the same violation and the answer is the same.
A rejected appeal also makes the next attempt harder. The first request should be the complete one: listing corrected, evidence gathered, and the case made clearly.
Causes
The most common reasons profiles are suspended
In most cases the cause is one of these, and some profiles have more than one.
- Keywords or locations added to the business name that are not part of your real-world name
- A virtual office, PO box or unstaffed coworking address used as the business location
- A service-area business showing a home address that customers do not visit
- Duplicate or multiple listings for the same business at the same location
- Business name, address or phone that do not match the website, signage or documents
- Several major edits at once, or a change of ownership, triggering a re-verification
- Categories that do not describe the business, or a restricted category with extra requirements
- Website or phone number that redirects, is shared with another business, or does not work

How it works
How we handle a reinstatement
1. Free case review
Send us the suspension notice and the profile details. We tell you the likely cause and whether reinstatement is realistic before you pay anything.
2. Full profile audit
Name, address, categories, phone, website, hours, past edits and any duplicate listings are checked against Google's guidelines and against your real-world business.
3. Fix the listing
We correct whatever breaks the guidelines and help you align your website and other listings, so the reviewer sees a consistent business everywhere.
4. Evidence pack
We tell you exactly which documents and photos to gather: business licence, utility bill, storefront photos with signage, and anything specific to your case.
5. Appeal and follow-up
The appeal is submitted with a clear explanation and the evidence attached. We follow it through, including any video verification Google asks for.
- Diagnosis of the suspension cause, in writing, with the guideline it relates to
- Correction of the profile and removal or merging of duplicate listings
- A document checklist tailored to your business type and the reason for suspension
- Appeal written and submitted, with all evidence attached in the format Google accepts
- Preparation for video verification, if Google requests it
- Guidance on what not to change after reinstatement, so the profile is not suspended again
Honesty
Why nobody can guarantee reinstatement
Only Google decides whether a profile is reinstated, and it does not publish a timeline. Some appeals are answered in days and others take weeks. Any service that promises a 100% success rate, or claims a special contact inside Google, is telling you something it cannot know.
What decides the outcome is whether the business is eligible for a profile and whether the listing now follows the guidelines. If your business is genuinely eligible and the cause can be fixed, a complete appeal gives you the best chance available.
If it is not eligible, for example a business with no staffed location that customers visit and no service area, we will tell you at the free review instead of taking your money for an appeal that will fail.
Pricing
What reinstatement costs
GMB reinstatement starts at $499, which covers the audit, profile corrections, evidence preparation, the appeal and follow-up. Cases with several duplicate listings, a previously rejected appeal or a restricted business category may cost more, and you will know the price after the free review.
We work with businesses in any country, including the US, UK, Canada and Australia, because the whole process happens online.

Questions about GMB reinstatement

Google rarely gives a specific reason. The most common causes are keywords in the business name, an address that does not qualify, such as a virtual office or PO box, duplicate listings, or details that do not match your website and documents. A profile audit usually identifies it.
Preparing the fixes and evidence usually takes a few days. After the appeal is submitted, the timing is up to Google, which can be anywhere from a few days to several weeks. We follow up throughout and tell you what Google asks for.
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Google makes the decision. What we can do is make sure the listing complies with the guidelines and the appeal includes everything Google needs, which gives an eligible business the best possible chance.
When a suspended profile is reinstated, its existing reviews and photos usually return with it. That is one reason to appeal rather than create a new listing, which can also be treated as a duplicate.
Usually not. A new listing for the same business can be treated as a duplicate or an attempt to get around the suspension, and it starts with no reviews. Fixing and reinstating the original is almost always better.
Often, yes, although it is harder. We review what was submitted, identify what was missing, and advise on the best route from there. We will tell you honestly if the case cannot be recovered.
Typically a business licence or registration, a utility bill or lease showing the business address, and photos of the premises showing permanent signage. Some cases need more, and we give you an exact checklist after the audit.
