Design Services
Design Services for Businesses and Brands
Most design jobs stall on the words, not the layout. Our designers sit with our writers, so your logo, flyer, landing page or video arrives with copy that says the right thing and a design that makes people read it.
Starting from
$50
- In-house designers and writers, never subcontracted
- Revisions included until the brief is met
- Print-ready, web-ready and editable source files
- No lock-in contract on standard services
The problem
Why design projects go wrong
The usual pattern: a business hires a designer, sends a logo and a paragraph of text, and gets back something attractive that does not work. The headline is weak because nobody wrote one. The brochure has gaps because the copy arrived late. The website looks finished but nobody can tell what the company does.
The fix is not a better designer. It is deciding what the piece needs to say, and to whom, before anyone opens a design file. That is how we run every design job: brief first, words next, design around them.
It also means one point of contact for the whole job. You do not have to brief a writer, pass their text to a designer, then referee the two.

How it works
How a design job runs
1. Brief
Who the piece is for, where it will be used, what you want people to do, and any brand assets you already have.
2. Words
We write or tighten the copy and agree it with you first, so the design is not built around placeholder text.
3. Concepts
First designs for review. Small pieces such as a social graphic or business card typically take two business days; larger work is scheduled at order.
4. Revisions and files
Changes until the brief is met, then final files in every format you need, including the editable source.
- Original design made for your brief, not a lightly edited template
- Copywriting or copy editing from our writing team where the piece needs words
- Your brand colours, fonts and logo used consistently
- Print files with bleed and crop marks, or web files sized for each placement
- The editable source file, so later changes do not mean starting over
- Revisions until the agreed brief is met
Choosing a provider
What to ask before you hire a design service
Ask who actually does the work. Many design marketplaces and agencies pass jobs to whoever is free, which is why the second piece rarely matches the first. Our designers are in-house and the same team handles your follow-up work.
Ask what files you will receive. A JPG of your logo is not enough: you need vector files for print and signage, and the source file for anything you will update. Ask whether revisions are capped, and whether a "small change" after approval is billed separately.
Finally, ask whether they will help with the message. If you are paying for a flyer, a landing page or a video, the words decide whether it works. A designer who only lays out text you supply leaves the hardest part to you.
Pricing
What design costs
Design work starts at $50 for small pieces. Each design service page lists its own starting price, and anything larger, such as a website, a brand identity or a video, is quoted with its own timeline after we see the brief.
You get a fixed price before work begins. Ordering related pieces together, for example a logo with business cards and social graphics, usually costs less per piece than ordering them one at a time.

Questions about our design services
Still unsure about something? Talk to a specialist — no script, no sales pitch.
Yes. Writing is our core service, and our designers work alongside our writers. Any design job can include headline and body copy written from scratch, or an edit of text you already have. We agree the words with you before the layout is finalised, which avoids redesigning around late text changes.
Yes. When the job is paid you receive the final files and the editable source file. For logos that includes vector formats for print and signage. If a design uses licensed stock images or fonts, we tell you which ones and what their licence covers.
Small pieces such as a social graphic, banner or business card typically reach first draft within two business days of an agreed brief. Logos, brochures, websites and videos involve more stages, so they are quoted with their own timeline. If you have a print or launch date, tell us when you order.
We revise until the design meets the brief we agreed at the start. If you change the brief itself, for example a new audience or a different offer, we will tell you before doing extra work and quote any difference, so there are no surprise charges.
No. We supply print-ready files to your printer's specifications, with bleed and crop marks. That leaves you free to choose any local or online printer and compare paper, finish and price for each run. If your printer sends a specification sheet, forward it and we will set the files up to match it.
Yes. Send your logo files, colours, fonts and any brand guidelines, plus a few pieces you like. We design within those rules so new work sits alongside what you already have. If you have no guidelines, we can set a simple palette and type style as part of the job.
